There are a variety of home offerings in StoneRidge.  This will define a nice community mix.

There are townhomes from the mid-$200s.  Smaller 2 to 4 bedroom single-family detached homes starting from the mid $300s. Larger 3-6 bedroom homes from the upper $300s.  Finally custom home lots.  Lot prices range from $150,000.
